Plans and billing
Umbra has two plans and no trial: every new organization starts on Free (it never expires) and upgrades to Pro whenever it is ready. There is no Enterprise tier.

Two Free-plan principles worth knowing:
- You always see who is exposed. Free masks password fragments and delays fresh records, but identities and emails are shown in full, and breach names are never hidden.
- The console says so explicitly. A delay banner on the Overview and Exposures, a teaser strip counting fresh findings, a locked Alerts page and bell, and a Pro-locked Notifications page — Free tells you what you are not seeing rather than pretending it does not exist.
Entitlements are enforced server-side; the locked and teaser UI merely mirrors what the API will actually serve.
How payment works — the shared organization card
Umbra bills through the Wazuh Labs ecosystem's shared billing: your organization keeps one payment card, managed in the Wazuh Hub, and every Labs service — Umbra included — subscribes against it. One card, one place to manage it, per-service subscriptions.
- Upgrading: on Billing, choose Pro. The subscription bills the org's shared card. If the organization has no card yet, Umbra deep-links to the Hub to add one, then you complete the upgrade.
- Downgrading: cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the billing period, then the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted — fresh records lock again and alerting stops.

Billing (sidebar ACCOUNT section) shows your current plan with what it really means — the delay and masking on Free, the price and instant alerts on Pro — the organization's shared card from the Wazuh Hub, and the two-tier comparison.
